CRM SaaS software startup challenged Lauren to provide an clean visual experience to show the data that actually mattered along side their proprietary prediction models. She started by mapping a journey to provide a standardized and simplified experience. She used this map to create a streamlined design with a design system to ensure that the user would not be overloaded by unnecessary information and experience a consistent visual language.
